Ayurveda & Insomnia

Healing Sleep Naturally
Are restless nights taking a toll on your health and energy levels?

Find Rest the Ayurvedic Way!

Holistic Consultation for Insomnia & Sleep Disorders

Picture

In Ayurveda, sleep (nidra) is regarded as one of the three pillars of health, alongside nutrition (ahara) and
a balanced lifestyle (brahmacharya).
When sleep is disrupted, it not only affects the mind but also the entire body, leading to impaired
digestion, increased stress, and diminished energy levels.

Based on a thorough evaluation, an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner can tailor a treatment
plan to address your unique needs.

When the mind and body are in balance, restful sleep comes naturally.

A qualified Ayurvedic therapist will conduct an extensive personal and medical background,
going beyond surface-level symptoms to examine your whole lifestyle.

This often involves probing questions about:

Sleep patterns and difficulties (such as struggling to fall asleep, frequent interruptions, or waking up too early).
Daily routine (Dinacharya), including sleeping and waking times, as well as screen usage.
Nutritional habits, including meal times, food types (spicy, oily, etc.), and the consumption of
stimulants such as caffeine or alcohol.

Mental state, including measures of stress, anxiety, worry, anger, and emotional equilibrium.
Physical health, including chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and digestive problems, which may be underlying factors.
Body constitution (Prakriti) and current state of imbalance (Vikriti) to tailor a personalized treatment plan.

The customized treatment plan will address the underlying causes, not just the symptoms.
THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT

Introductory Consultation & Marma Chikitsa Massage with Aromatherapy
$79
Picture

Your first session begins with a mindful consultation to explore your unique energy, followed by a personalized
Marma Chikitsa Massage combined with soothing aromatherapy.
This gentle, restorative session is intended to nurture balance, vitality, and inner calm, helping to relax the nervous system
and support a restful night’s sleep.

Marma Chikitsa Therapy, also known as Ayurvedic Marma Therapy, is a holistic Ayurvedic practice that combines a full-body oil massage (Abhyanga) with gentle stimulation of the body’s vital energy centers, called “marma points”.

Much like acupuncture, Marma Chikitsa focuses on specific points believed to influence the flow of life energy (prana).
However, it uses soft touch and massage rather than needles.

Warm herbal oils and gentle, soothing pressure are used to ease the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
This therapy is traditionally used to promote deep relaxation and better sleep, making it especially helpful for individuals experiencing insomnia or restlessness. It is considered a complementary wellness practice rather than a medical treatment.
